The website operated by the Company includes inclusivelearningpathways.org and any related websites, pages, subdomains, programs, products, services, or content operated by the Company (collectively, the “Site”).

The Site and all content provided are intended for parents and guardians of K–8 children. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are using the Site on behalf of yourself and/or your child, with your consent as a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio recordings, downloads, guides, worksheets, lesson materials, training content, programs, products, website design, branding, logos, trademarks, HTML/CSS, software, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”) is owned by or licensed to Inclusive Learning Pathways LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and Content for your personal, non-commercial, family use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without prior written permission from the Company.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding used on the Site, including “Inclusive Learning Pathways,” are the property of Inclusive Learning Pathways LLC or are used with permission. We will never publish a testimonial identifying your child by name without your separate, express permission.

7. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

All content, guides, personalized reports, programs, and services provided through the Site are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results for your child’s academic performance, test scores, or development. Results depend on many factors, including your child’s individual needs, effort, consistency, and implementation at home. You are solely responsible for decisions you make regarding your child’s education.

The Site is hosted on Kajabi, and payments for the ILP Community are processed through Kajabi’s built-in payment system. The Site may also contain links to third-party websites or services. The Company is not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those providers.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

From time to time, the Company may participate in affiliate marketing programs and may earn a commission if you click on or make a purchase through certain links on the Site or in our emails, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products, services, or tools we genuinely believe may be helpful to K–8 families. Where required, affiliate relationships will be disclosed clearly.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
