At Inclusive Learning Pathways, operated by Inclusive Learning Pathways LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational resources and community support that help K–8 families feel confident about their child’s learning.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before joining the ILP Community.

All Sales Are Final

All payments made to Inclusive Learning Pathways LLC are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• ILP Community membership fees
• Digital guides, worksheets, and downloads
• Live group calls, workshops, and masterclasses
• Founding member rates and payment plans

Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued.

Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

Our offerings are digital, educational, and service-based, and are delivered immediately or involve the reservation of Kathy’s time, attention, and resources. Once access is provided, these offerings cannot be returned.

This policy also exists to support follow-through: joining the ILP Community is a commitment to showing up for your child’s learning, and this policy honors the decision you made to invest in that support.

Responsibility for Results

We are proud of the value, care, and experience built into everything we offer. That said, results for your child are never guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your child’s individual needs, consistency, and how the resources are used at home. By joining, you acknowledge that you are responsible for how you use the content, tools, and support provided.
