Built by a Teacher and a Mom Who Both Know What’s at Stake

Inclusive Learning Pathways wasn’t built by a company. It was built by two sisters who have lived exactly what you’re living — and who found a way through.

Meet Kathy

Kathy is a certified teacher with 30 years in the classroom. She was trained in special education, ESOL, and the Science of Reading — which means she can look at how a child is learning, find what’s working and what isn’t, and build a path forward that actually makes sense.

But Kathy is also a homeschool mom. She taught her own child all the way to graduation. So when you sit across from her, you’re not getting advice from someone who read about this. You’re getting guidance from someone who has been on both sides of the table — the teacher who understands the system, and the parent who had to make it actually work at the kitchen table.

Everything she teaches, she teaches in English and in Spanish. Because bilingual families deserve a guide who understands both their language and the system their child is navigating.

“I’ve sat where you’re sitting. I know what it feels like to wonder if you’re doing enough. And I know what it looks like when a child finally gets the right plan.” — Kathy

Meet Cindy

Cindy is Kathy’s sister and co-founder of Inclusive Learning Pathways. She came to this work the way most parents come to it: through love, and through need.

Cindy’s son has special needs. Kathy helped him earn his high school diploma. Cindy watched her child go from uncertain to capable, from struggling to crossing a finish line that once felt impossibly far away. She knows, in the most personal way possible, what it means to finally find someone who sees your child fully — who believes in what they can do, and builds a real path to get there.

That experience is why Cindy joined this mission. She handles the operational side of Inclusive Learning Pathways so that Kathy can focus on the families, the resources, and the teaching. Together, they make sure that every parent who comes to ILP gets the kind of support that actually changes things.

“Every child deserves someone in their corner who truly sees them. That’s what my sister did for my son. That’s what we’re here to do for your family.” — Cindy

Why We Built This

Too many families are working hard with no map. They’re searching online, buying workbooks, asking questions and getting vague answers — and still not knowing whether their child is on grade level or ready for what’s coming next.

Inclusive Learning Pathways exists to change that. We give K-8 families a clear picture of where their child stands, and a simple plan for what to do next — in English and Spanish, whether their child is homeschooled or in public school, whether they learn differently or are just ready for more.

We don’t teach to the test or follow a one-size-fits-all curriculum. We start with your child — where they are, how they learn — and we build from there. Skills first, so confidence follows.

Because when a child feels capable, everything changes.
